This policy covers yourluka.com and the LUKA app. LUKA is in early beta and is currently offered in the United States. You must be 18 or older to request early access.

When you request early access or use LUKA, we may collect information you provide, including your name, social handle, contact information, requests, choices, responses, and content you upload.

We may also collect information about how you access and use the site and app, including device and browser information, identifiers, referral information, usage information, and IP address information.

We use this information to provide and personalize LUKA, review early access requests, communicate with you, maintain security and prevent abuse, and understand and improve the product. We don't sell your personal information.

We use service providers to help us operate LUKA, including providers that support hosting, storage, communications, and AI processing. These providers may process information on our behalf as needed to provide their services.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and as otherwise required or permitted by law.

We may update this policy as LUKA changes. When we do, we'll update the effective date above.
